“My life was going to have a very dark story, but God had a plan for me, and now I am the person He wants me to be.”

At his lowest point, Ralph found himself with no home, no money, and nowhere to turn. Lying on a cold floor, he cried out to God for direction. When Memphis Union Mission came to mind, he knew it was where he needed to be. Through Christ-centered recovery, compassionate staff, and God’s transforming grace, Ralph began rebuilding his life one step at a time.

Today, Ralph is working, saving for a place of his own, reconnecting with his family, and sharing his testimony with young people to encourage them to choose a different path. He says, “Every step I took closer to God, the more blessings I received.”

At Memphis Union Mission, healing begins with Christ, and hope becomes a transformed life.
