Darrious struggled for years with alcohol addiction, moving from one rehabilitation program to another without finding lasting change. When he finally came to Memphis Union Mission, even his first month was a battle.
Through our Christ-centered life transformation program, Darrious began listening to God through prayer, Bible study, and worship. Over time, his desire to drink faded, his faith grew, and he began building a new life, including working while completing the program.
