After a traumatic childhood, Sandi turned to drugs and eventually found herself homeless and without hope. When she came to Moriah House, Memphis Union Mission’s life transformation program for women, she encountered something different: the love of Christ and a community that walked alongside her as she began rebuilding her life.
Sandi gave her life to Jesus, worked hard, saved for her future, and graduated from the program. She soon moved into her own apartment, bought a car, and restored her driver’s license. Along the way, she also had the opportunity to lead three other women to Christ, including her own mother.
