Bellevue Baptist Church Donates More Than 14,000 Pairs of Underwear to Memphis Union Mission

What an incredible blessing!

A heartfelt thank you to Bellevue Baptist Church for hosting an “Undie Sunday” donation drive and collecting more than 14,000 pairs of men’s underwear for Memphis Union Mission!

Something as simple as a new pair of underwear may seem small, but for a man experiencing homelessness, it provides dignity, comfort, and a reminder that someone cares. These generous gifts will help us serve thousands of guests in the months ahead.

As we prepare for our busiest season of the year, we invite other churches, businesses, schools, and community groups to consider hosting a donation drive of your own. Items such as coats, gloves, canned foods, and other nonperishable food items are always needed as we care for more men, women, and families during the colder months.

Every donated item meets an immediate need, but it also opens the door to something even greater. Through Christ-centered recovery, compassionate care, and the hope of the Gospel, lives are being transformed every day at Memphis Union Mission.

Thank you, Bellevue Baptist Church, for helping make transformation possible. Together, we’re bringing hope today and helping build transformed lives for tomorrow. ❤️
