Welcome to the web site of the Safety Net Collaborative (SNC). We are nine organizations in Memphis, Tennessee that address our community's most critical needs. Our mission is communicated in our vision statement: "The Safety Net Collaborative works to be a respected force that communicates basic human needs in the greater Memphis community and provides effective delivery of services that provide food, clothing, shelter, housing, health care, and crisis counseling." In this site you will find a copy of a recent economic impact study that was conducted by Dr. David Ciscel, a University of Memphis professor of economics.
